Description

Bijzondere voorzichtigheid is aangewezen in geval van toediening aan patiënten die lijden aan cardiovasculaire ziekten, hyperthyroïdie of diabetes.

Voorzichtigheid is ook aangewezen in geval van

-gelijktijdige toediening van anesthetica die het myocard sensibiliseren voor sympathicomimetica (bijv. trichloorethyleen, cyclopropaan, halothaan),

- in geval van gelijktijdige toediening van andere sympathicomimetica,

- in geval van astma en in geval van verhoogd risico van cerebrale arteriosclerose. 

Omwille van de aanwezigheid van chloorfenamine maleaat, moet men ook voorzichtig zijn in geval van gelijktijdige inname van andere geneesmiddelen met sedatief effect, zoals neuroleptica, anxiolytica en slaapmiddelen.

Voorzichtigheid is vereist in geval van

- astma,

-blaashalsobstructie,

-leverinsufficiëntie,

- pyloroduodenale obstructie en

-peptisch ulcus met stenose.
