How can I securely pay?

Public Pharma offers a secure payment system through Ogone. This external, professional service will securely handle your payment transaction. You can be sure of the confidentiality and safe keeping of your transaction data.

We will never receive any payment data such as bank account number, VISA number, ... Only the payment confirmation information that shows us that the payment has been received will be sent to our system. That way we can activate the order.

If you do not use any of the payment methods above, you can also use a regular bank transfer to pay for your order.

How can I know if the payment has been received?

Immediately after your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive 2 emails. One email will be sent by Ogone, to confirm the successful transaction, and one by Public Pharma to confirm that the order has been activated.

Should any problems arise, Public Pharma will contact you as soon as possible.

I think something went wrong with the payment. What can I do?

No problem. You can always contact us through email or phone. We can check ourselves if everything is OK with your order and if necessary guide you through the order process.

On which bank account can I pay my order through regular bank transfer?

If you want to pay with regular bank transfer, you will have to send an email to contact@publicpharma.com, stating which products you want to order. You can then deposit the complete amount on our account:

When do I need to pay if I want to use regular bank transfer?

We will only handle the order when we have received the complete payment of the order.

What is an IBAN code?

IBAN means “International Bank Account Number”. This number is used to handle international transactions between accounts and banks in different countries. 

An IBAN number contains at max 34 characters and comprises of 3 parts:

• The first 2 characters contain the country code
• The next 2 characters are a control number
• The next characters contain the national account number

BIC stands for “Bank Identifier Code”. This code is used to identify banks by international payments. Another older name for this code is a "SWIFT address".
